Game Recaps:
- A walk-off walk led Louisiana Kings Black 14u Major past Ripzz Baseball Academy 14u Major 8-7 on Sunday. A five-run lead in the first inning was just enough for Louisiana Kings Black 14u Major to hold off Ripzz Baseball Academy 14u Major for the victory. Ripzz Baseball Academy 14u Major tallied seven runs during the game on 4 hits. Jerry Horne, Tanner Brian, Cy Martin, Josh Hogan, and Jerry Horne picked up RBIs to lead the scoring for Ripzz. Louisiana Kings Black 14u Major tallied nine hits on the day. Isaac Russell, Brycen Barras, and Kanyon Griffen all collected multiple hits for Louisiana Kings Black 14u Major.
- Cayden Hill threw a no-hitter as Impact 2025 topples Pelicans Baseball Club (Kramer). Impact 2025 racked up 11 hits. Cayden Hill, Bryce Sanders, Cole Clouatre, and Anthony Salzarulo all managed multiple hits for Impact 2025. Impact 2025 didn’t commit a single error in the field.
- Ascension Rays 12u pulled away late on Sunday against Louisiana Prime 12u. The game was tied at five with Ascension Rays 12u batting in the top of the fifth when Parker Guidry doubled, scoring two runs. The Rays got the scoring going early and never looked back. They spotted 4 runs in the 1st inning. They tallied 7 hits with Ian Smith, Parker Guidry, Gabe White, and Kade Penalber all tallying an XBH. Louisiana Prime 12u tallied eight hits in the game. Maddox Soileau, Evan Pearce, and Kanon Primeaux each had multiple hits for Louisiana Prime 12u. Louisiana Prime 12u socked one home run on the day. Brynnum Chaney went yard in the second inning.
- Ascension Select 11u defeated Knights Knation Lafayette 11u 7-6 on Sunday thanks to a walk-off double. Ascension Select 11u trailed 5-4 in the bottom of the seventh inning when Cohen Robert doubled on a 1-1 count, scoring three runs. In total, Ascension Select 11u collected seven hits and Knights Knation Lafayette 11u had four. Cooper Templet went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Ascension Select 11u in hits while 5 other players tallied a hit. For Knights Knation Lafayette, Peyton Guilbeau, Tate Eskridge, Gage Soileau, and Sawyer Watkins all collected a hit.
